Further challenges include complex security rules restricting movement of people, materials and tools airside, waste management, plus extensive regulation.
Our bespoke service focuses on freeing the shopfitter from all of the complex practicalities and regulations, so they can focus on what they do best, fitting out shops. Shopfitters can either agree a complete service package with us, or cherry pick the ones they need most; such as arranging for permits to work, erecting hoardings, security screening and delivering their materials airside or removing their waste for them.
Across Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted, and Luton Airports, Amalga has full airside-passed staff, Airside passed vehicles, extensive knowledge of airport roads, buildings, rules and regulations, and crucially, can guarantee deliveries on site for the start of the shift.
Amalga are CAA approved for security screening for retail, media and construction materials for both Heathrow and Stansted Airports. Our screening facility is functional 24/7.
